im no expert on pumps but im thinking phantom as well, something does look a little strange i just cant put my finger on what though....

The one piece frame and return spring makes me want to say an old Carter, maybe a first gen buzzard. But the tray looks home made, as does the link arm

it's an old carter comp i picked up. '90ish, with a newer SS snub. haven't really decided what i'm doing with it yet. might have the aluminum bits re-anodized.

Yeah, same ballpark. the easy way to tell them apart is that Buzzards are side cocking and Comps are undercocking.
