Lol.
Yesterday I got hit in the head just above my forehead, and I was wearing a hat that might as well had been made of paper. I had a swelling about 2.5cm tall and with a radius of 3cm.
Moral of the story? Wear the thickest beanie you can find if you're not the kind of guy that wears backwards baseball hats.

oh dear!!! im sure in the head hurts alot...i got hit in the leg ( on my knee) about 3 sundays ago and i still have a mark i think he likes me because he wont go away..

Top of the head isnt bad at all, you get alot of paint in your hair. lol
if ur afraid of it, where a nice beanie. I wear one to keep paint from my hair and my hair from my eyes. knuckles hurt like a ***** when you dont wear gloves, but you gotta get over it...if this stuff hurts toomuch for you, try another sport because itn't THAT painful yo be afraid of it for life lol
sry for my little tangent there...yea, nothin can beat the nuts tho, that ****ing sucks hardcore!

I don't ball in a t-shirt to often(unless it is BLAZING HOT), generally either my jersey or if it is hot a LIGHT longsleeve
