Also in game i always bring my ipod and listen to gladiator sound tracks or halo soundtracks, to get me in the game and pumped up . Oh, and a good nights rest.

stay hydrayted, dont eat junk food when you take a break. Eating something good tasting, but mildly healty is a good idea. Granola bars or nutri-grain bars come to mind. Wear more layers then nesscary is a good idea too, specially if its cold out.I Wear a longsleve t-shirt, with a sweatshirt, and then a light jacket over it. You'll stay warm when waiting to go out to the feild, and you hardly feel anything when your hit in the upper torso. Plus, when you get too hot, take off the jacket.

I've been wearing helmets for a while. (Scince my dad got his motorcycle. That was around 5 years ago) And a way to keep the lenses from fogging up, is to breath through your nose, and out your mouth. When my friends and I went out paintballing, most of them complained about their masks fogging up, because they inhaled and exhaled through their nose.

stretch...

i've also found that if i spend the morning with like 5 pound weights tied to my wrist it warms up my muscles. then when i get to the field take them off and your gun will seem lighter then usual =]
