Try an ary surplus store and get some good hardcore military boots, im thinking mostly for your protection for rattlers, so they may not be the most comfortable.

get some boots with mid grips at the bottom to shallow of grip will do nothing and deep ones will grap dirt and mud and will be slippery. Also get boots with very good patting in em make sure they are snug on your feet.

I wear my hunting boots. A good pair of leather boots should work for you. the kind that goes above the ankle. Just make sure you break them in before you go paintballing. it wouldn't be fun to have blisters while you are getting shot at.

I bought boots from a outdoor store. They are insanly lightweight, made of goretex, and have a vibram sole. They are very very nice.
