First off Im not exactly sure if this is the right place for this, so if it is not could a mod move it to the best forum.

I play at a smaller indoor field. I normaly play front, so I move up all the time. My question is how fast should you move up on a field. Judgeing from some pictures in septs facefull I would say that the field is half the size of one of the tourney fields. Im able to get just about half way up the field off the break.

If I can make the fifty should I wait and shoot a bit before I move again or is it best just to keep moving. Keep in mind this is just rec play so I dont ahve backs to depend on for laying down the paint.

Just take a pause and see where the opponents are, then keep moving.

As long as your checking to make sure you can make your moves clean, the faster you move up, the more screwd the other team is. You can throw their whole game by taking control of their side of the field, cuz it leaves them with nothing to work with.

Get as far as you can as fast as you can, especially if they aren't aggressive and they don't know you are as close as you are, you can get easy shots...

Dont run in a path where they can sweetspot you, run dead center. and do what ellis said and make sure you know where all of your opponents are. But don't move immediately, take a few shots and try to take out the other front players so some of your back players can move up.

fronts have to be extremely agressive. move up as fast as you can without getting out. try having some codewords so your backs know when to give you some big lanes if your gonna try a multiple person bunker/run through. i suggest you be as aggressive as you can be in rec so being aggressive isn't a new thing when you get into tourneys.

Well as a fellow front as myself. Try to take the 40 or 50. The game can be detirmined on how the players play the 50. You get the fronts move for the backs. STAY AWARE. Mostly stay with communication!
