There is no guessing, I know him very well and have pbed with him before and he is a speedballer. That doesn't mean I think poorly of speedball, just him. I play both and like em' both. I just hate him. Well we played together today and he got owned by my bro and I. If he brings it uo again I'll just say don't hate what your not good at.
Speedball is definately a price saver. My older bro use to pay like 80$ for a box of balls, but the pros really helped that problem out.

whats the deal with the speedball and woods ball rivarl it the same game on a different playing feild. personaly i just like to ball...the feild doesnt even matter. i could play in a junk yard its still paintball

I play speedball and i don't think woddsballers are wimps. when i did play woodsball i had a blast i actually feel like playing woodsball right now. My feeling is your friend sucks at everything and wants 2 try and look cool making fun of you.
Well he has shut up now. My other friend who went pbing in the woods with us that day when the jerk friend was there is also in my class and when Jonny(the woodsball hater) brought up woodsball sucking, my freind Josh was like "Dang you got school like a freaking newb" and he hasn't opend his mouth since. Also we have played speedball together before and I beat him pretty bad. It was my brother, Josh and I vs him and his two friends and we owned em'. So even if he says woodsball sux then I can just say well you suck at both so don't be throwing around insults. BTW this kid is an idiot, he said my brother's Dm5 was a piece of s***. It is all stock, but it is far from being s***. He just shoots his mouth off about everything so I'll ignore him.

Maybe It is just me, But I prefer wb over speedball just because I enjoy the "hunt or be hunted" vibe going on. As fun as speedball is, finding you target and being able to shoot them and give them the element of suprise is great. Also on the other side of that, the adrenaline rush you get just realizing you can get hit from any direction by suprise is cool too.. Maybe he has never played wb before and wouldnt understand... invite him to a game... maybe in his own words "he will be a fraid to get hit"

Tell him you are both entitled to your own openions, one is not better than the other... Its the player that makes the difference. If you like woodsball more, than woodsball is better for you, if he likes speedball more than speedball is better for him.
myself and one friend play pump, he prefers speedball, and I prefer woods. We have a healthy respect for one another.

Ya know, I started in wb, and still an avid player, but if I don't feel like setting crap up at my house and stuff we just load up and go to the pb field. I think it's easier to go to a field were you don't have to worry about shooting your dog or stepping in cow crap. But I love the feel of running through the woods behind a newb and poppin' him right in the back. LOL

Junk yard... lumber yard, A friend of mine at work snuck in during the weekend and palyed in the lumberyard we work at. Talk about some cool bunkers.
I play woodsball, but we set up pretty tight boundaries so it usually gets hectic pretty quick. I have yet to play on a field, but I'm sure I will enjoy it just as much. I just want to ball, I don't care where.
It makes no sense for their to be any rivalry or flaming between the two camps.
