At PaintBall USA in Anihiem, California they have a
plexy glass bunker. The only problem is that people can see you move so you can never move.

For some simple bunkers, mainly in a peedball course, me and my freinds have walked up to a construction site and asked for extra pallets that are lying around. We heave got 17 pallets and attatched 2 pieces of wood to the bak of them to make standup bunkers. These hold really well too

Inflatable matresses are good but if you want to go cheap, you could pick up a lot of tires at automobile repair shops...they are always trying to get rid of tem for free! they work great. You could also get old doors. I was fortunate that my neighbors were renovating their house so i got a lot of junk. you can also read my other posts for more ideas.

Pallets are free, as someone already mentioned.
Another good idea is to go to craigslist and go to the free section, then look for things that might be worth making a bunker out of (desks, coffee tables, etc.)
You could go to an auto shop and get old tires for free or a low price.
Get some burlap sacks, go to the beach with a shovel, and make sandbags. great for scenario. If you have no beach near you, fill with dirt. Then make a foxhole. Looks cool too.
Go to a woodshop or construction site and ask for scrap plywood. They give for free gladly.
Or you could dig bunkers from the ground. Make a hole or trench and that's it. Hard work, but I like digging, its fun.

browsing around home depot today i noticed that sheetrock/drywall was relatively inexpensive...so if you have some sort of budget for building bunkers maybe you could consider that...
compared to plywood, which is $20-40/ 5'x8' sheet, the sheetrock was $5-11/ 5'x8' sheet

my idea is, getting a bunch of 2X4s and make a frame of a dorito or something, and go to a lumberyard, and pick up some of those lumber covers that they ship the wood under to protect it, they just throw them out so they would give them to you for free, anyway to make a long story short, just nail the tarp over the frame, and you have a ghetto model of a speedball field!
