here are some pics of me playing a game of paintball today. we played at an indoor course in oklahoma city. i don't have the cool gear and i am in not all that good at paintball, but i am learning and having fun doing so.

the break:

here i have advanced to a taco and am getting ready to get into the snake, my brother is in the back right providing cover for me it looks akward, but then again, i may be.... anyways it's right before i ran:



in the snake laying down paint towards back right. you can see the blue paint where one of my pods came open



i advanced up on the snake and eliminated 2 of my 3 that game. but i was hit in the face by a guy cross field shortly after.

playing is the best way for me to learn, and i really enjoy doing so. i seem to get a bit better every time i play but most of all i am having a great time playing with my brother and cousin.

special thanks to my wife Laurie for taking these pics from inside the course. she got hit in the leg taking these but she still had fun.

Try to squat instead dof laying on your knees in those smaller bunkers.

good stuff. A few tips: in the first pic if you stay down on your knees but with one leg up you can be low but still able to move fast when a opportunity happens.

in the snake you're doing a good job of being low, it can be awkward to lean out like that.

i agree with both of you, i need to be squating. i had been most of the day, but to be honest, im not use to 5-6 hours of paintball. im just not quite in good enough shape to keep going at that pace for so long. i always appreciate the positive imformation that you are giving.

maybe next time i can do better and see if my wife will take some more pics.

awesome, im not much of a snake player. i play mid and mostly cross fire for the forwards. but ya adding to what bobide said, if u take a single knee ( opposite to what direction ur facing, you are comfortable and can get up and move if the mood sets it.
