I will try to answer so a translator can translate this easy. It's times like this I wish I had learned Spanish better
What is the pressure of the air in the tank? or how do you put pressure into the tank? the pressure in an air tank can be read from the pressure gauge on it. If you want to know how much pressure it can hold, simply read the tank and it will tell you.
If you're wanting to know how to fill a tank; you're going to have to spend a lot of money. I do not think you want to buy a high pressure compressor for $3,000-$10,000 dollars (US dollars). You can use a S.C.U.B.A.(diving) tank though. You will need a special piece that goes on top and connects to you tank to do it. You will not be able to fill to the tanks full pressure after you use it a few times though; that's just the law of physics. I will see if I can find and post the attachment that you will need.
Here is a video showing you what you need and how to use it. I know it is in english, but it's a good start.
here is a page where you can buy them
If you are able to use Ebay, I've also found some for sale there as well.

You ignorant, inconsiderate jerk. How
DARE you reprimand somebody who speaks a different language and is attempting to communicate in something that is not their native language. You shall feel my verbal fury and I'll keep a close eye on the rest of your posts form now on as well.
