Does anyone know of a dovetail rail that can be mounted onto a weaver rail? Or a dovetail rail that can be placed on the 98 custom act(the 98c with a removable weaver rail)?

You need an adapter they are very common just do a google search for dovetail to weaver or weaver to dovetail and it brings up plenty of results.

actually weaver to dovetail adapters are really really hard to find... i actually had to make my own, there was one website i found that sold two little adapters for 20 bucks and that website only :/ but i just got a weaver rail scope ring sawed off what i didnt need and made Epoxy welded it to my red dot sight so now my dovetail red dot fits nice and secure on my weaver rail
