Just FYI on the subject, but don't listen to anyone who says you have to have HPA for The One kit. A/S co2 will work 100% perfectly fine on it with no trouble what so ever. The stock reg isn't AS great with co2 as some good ones like the Stabilizer or Torpedo, but it does the job...It also will no hurt the noid long as the co2 a/s tube is install and working correctly. I have over 7 months of use and who knows how many shoots on my The One without a single bit of damage from co2. It is absolutly not required to have HPA...

if your playing rec-woods ball, just with a small group of frineds, then no, you dont need it, your prolly right, rocker, newbs tend to hang bak there and camp
its more importent, and helpful, in senario, where your playing with larger amounts of people

Being pinned in a bush with 4 other guys all wearing camo with an angel+halo b firing 18 bps into the treebranch 2 feet above you is very disconcerting. He just kept ripping it through the bushes. For every 2 balls that broke 1 made it through. Basically just a solid rope of paint for about 20 seconds at a time. Fortunately we managed to get 1 or 2 guys around him but we were pinned for half the game.
