what I do is run really hard, then get low and lift off while holding my marker in my right hand(my dominant hand) and I land on my right side/shoulder. I've been doing ti this way for a year, so it's easy for me

i prefer to hold my gun in my left hand cuz i can brace myself better and soften the fall better with my right hand... but i usually end up keeping my gun in my back field hand...

sorry to bring up this old thread. but when i slide on my stomach i always bust my balls. (not teh paint >.<) its the left one too. everytime man, it hurts liek a *****, so i have to slide on my side now..

While practicing in my backyard I did that a few times. It is rather easy, but sometimes I sorta bounce back up and roll . I found it easier if you do it someplace soft (something low too) because when muscle memory kicks in you won't have to think about it. I was actually thinking about making a how-to thing on superman sliding because I am really bored. Any thoughts?

does anyone play baseball. well i played for like 8 years and then just stopped..

anyways, you learn to superman dive, so i can usually do it good, but im not wearing a cup now like i was in baseball.

yeah i played bball, but skipped on the cup. i prefer to kinda bounce the airbunkers. Like you run and hit them after you get down, i slide towards my side. Then i can peek out the right, or left, hate left, side and see whats goin on, Cause of the new angle. then get up and run or shoot or whatever you like to do.
