yea i throw my pods only cause their diff from every1 elses and i throw them to the outside along the netting so they dont get stepped on

it depends on the type of rec ball. if you play woods i wouldnt recomned it. on the other hand if you play speedball its fine. the only reason for droping them is because it takes time to put them back, and in speed ball that time might cause you to get bunkered

If your lock lids get jacked just buy a bunch of $2 normal pods, then you wont have to worry about them getting stolen.

Woodsball, depending on the situation you should always put them on you back. Cousin of mine lost four pods before he finally stopped dropping them, I lost probably three, anyway, you should have enough time on woodsball to put up your pods. With speedball, just drop, seriously given how quick you can get mauled, and how awkward it is to put a pod back into its spot crouched, its worth the money just to get a bulk rate on cheapo pods and go with that. Course, when I buy paint, I always get a pack of those that come with their own pods, sometimes two, $4 a piece usually, and thats the cost of the paint. I mean, who cares if you loose those freebies? And, if someone is that hard up to steal some of those, let'em have them.

I just throw them no matter what im playing. I play woodsball (its actually speedball in the woods) with people I know, so they would never steal from me. At my feild with real speedball, its so fast paced and I really dont have time to put my pod back in my harness so I just throw it. Besides my pods are 2$ each. If some jackass were to steal one I would just buy new ones.

I put them back in my pack. I rarely have to reload while playing woodsball but if I do, I don't want to go looking in the woods for it after the game. The horizontal 4+1s are pretty easy to put away anyways.

If you're gonna play woodsball, I know this sounds goofy, but you should "practice" getting those pods back in.

I've done it a couple times at home. put on your harness, pull a pod, flip the top with one hand, reclip it with one hand, and then get it back in the belt. Just do it while watching TV or something.

I know, goofy as hell, but it'll help you on the field.

If i play woodsball i would not leave my pods on the ground, cuz they good get lost easily in the brush. But if it were a confined hyperball or speedball arena, i would drop them and come back for them. I label mine with my name, so i can tell if they are mine. But most of the time I will only drop a pod on the ground, if for some reason it would not go back onto my belt.
