ok my parnets bought the house accross the street and we are going to tear it down and build a new bigger house on top of it. All of my friends want to play in the house, and my mom said that one day before we were to tear it down, that i can get a lot of friends over and we can all play paintball in the house. I was wondering how low the velocity should be turned down, sense it would basically be pointblank shots. What is the lowest velocity you can go to make the ball break, lol or for laughs, take off the barrels and play like that?

wow lol this is going to make an interesting game!

i would say since 300fps shots leave rather recent welts at pointblank, 200-250 should be fine. have fun!

yeah really! i just dont want to get shot and go to the ground lol i have been shot at pointblank before at 300FPS and it broke my skin! so i dont want any of that now lol, but i guess it would be easier to move around with out the barrel! haha!

250 should be fine...

have fun, and make sure you cover the windows so balls dont fly out and hit other houses and stuff

I would say 260 which is what we play at my speedball field. And go like full bunkering.

***Game Idea***

Play like crazy ass swat. Like one team be terorist and the others be swat. And like the swat guys get shields/use wood or plastic. And like rush the house and break in and have to disarm a bomb and like have a time limit.

damn cocker thats a great idea! i was thinking of that acctualy but not the bomb idea, thats pretty good! Yeah, i dont know if windows will be in it or not, but they will def be covored! How can you tell if your velocity is at or around 200-250? my friends and I never check out velocity lol we just set it to what ever one of your guns speeds is lol

that swat idea is awesome.. make all the terrorists start in like the basement.. u guys start outside.. they are allowed to shoot at you through the windows and stuff! infiltrate the house and take them all out or capture their flag in the basement.. and no camping aloud in the basement!

They wont break if you dont have the barrel on. They have no velocity.

play barrel-less they will be going fast enough to break at the range you will be shooting at.

1 word............airsoft. I know airsoft is lame, but i play in my house all the time. I just got to pick up the bbs after. I had a ruger that was gas powered, it went 415 fps. It got embedded in my friends skin so i never palyed in the house with that gun again.

Try playing "take over" If you have enough people this would be a lot of fun if they dont cheat and there is bunkers in the rooms.

Each person starts out with a room (or part of land) they cant leave the room (land) unless they get some one out then they take over that room (land) as well. It is a lot of fun I think when we play it out side basicly the more people you get out the bigger your area is to move around in.

CS is a great game if you are not as lucky as chris37 is. I mean who would rather play CS over playing paintball in a house once (can always go back to CS lol)?
