Professional Scenario Paintball is expanding in 2008. Several teams from the US have been talking about playing games overseas in 2008. Ambush Alpha is the first to commit to the overseas expansion. Ambush Alpha will be the first Professional Scenario Team to play an overseas game since professional scenario teams have come on the scene in recent years. According to sources there has never been a US scenario team to play an overseas game.

Ambush Alpha has been asked to play in Finland at their largest scenario event of the year. Finland has one of the largest scenario events in Europe and has many European countries in attendance each year, including Russia. The game is held at Jämsän Paintball in Jämsä Finland in August. The paintball park has several acres of play with a town structure field with several cars and trucks on the side of the roads, a farm house with farming equipment field, an actual fully functional 1992 Russian PTS-M medium amphibious tracked carrier, and a pyro techniques company that light up the fields with controlled fires and simulated explosions. In addition to being invited to the scenario game, Ambush Alpha will be playing in an All Star exhibition game prior to the scenario game. Ambush Alpha will be competing against Finland’s best with the legendary Riku Sirèn leading the Finland team. Both events will have radio, television, and newspaper coverage as this event is to be one for the record books.
