Oklahoma D-DAY VS Skirimish D-DAY

I would like to play a D-DAY event this year. Both D-Day Adventure park in Oklahoma and Skirmish in PA are having their D-ay big games with 4000 + players. Can anyone guide me as to which would be a better scenario event to attend? Thanks .

the skirmish event is over 2 days with 4000+ players.. the ok dday is a week long to get 4000 players.. so the skirmish event should be more fast and furious play

Ok so ive played ion at skirmish 3 times and ive never player ok d day but ive talked too many like 20 30 people who have played dday and the best would be to play both but u gotta have bank for that.
ive herd some great things about ok dday I mean awesome things especially about the airborne but from what I hear u gotta be in tip top shape to play with the heat and heavy terrain u can seriously get hurt so its for really hardcore players and im all in for that if uve ever played with me and true its a week but the game is only 2 days its more of a trade show/ scenario game with all kinds of things to do so its more of a week long event. There r tons of articles in every paintball magazine about this.
Now for ion it’s not as hardcore as dday but the beach is like NO other if you’ve played you know. the terrain is mild there are no big hills to climb so u can last 2 days of play no problem. The event is 2 days but you can come up Friday and play in the night castle game for free and u defiantly want to camp out for the weekend. There r allot of vendors so u can get what ever u need. The game off the beach is mostly on woods and a small town so Ur always attacking something or being attacked it’s usually a slugfest to the end. Ive always had fun despite a few bad eggs. in closing ion has something for everyone from your firs time player (like a girlfriend) to a hardcore scenario player there is just sitting in a bunker and shooting or running stragitic missions at night with your NVG and blowing up bases with demo charges.
If you are looking to play ion u should register early if you want the command forums let me know and ill send u a link for German or American. GO AMERICAN cuz we rock lol sorry gotta recruit

D-DAY is more historically accurate, and a lot larger, and most likely more expensive. ION is a 2 day all out slugfest with d day themed fields and players and missions. So it comes down to what you like more: Accuratley portraying the invasion of normandy, with a couple thousand people, or having the air around you filled with paint as you storm the beach at ION, as over a thousand germans shoot at you, and shooting and getting shoot more times in 2 days than a year of paintball. (thats exagiratoin right there)
