What supply of gas does the ion take? is it compressed air or can it take c02

they run off compressed air......well, they can be run off anti-siphon co2 but if you use co2 ppl will make fun off you.

I'll make fun of you for running co2 on an ion...unless you actually show me that your not a newb and the only reason your running co2 is because your as poor as me...

Why in the world would anybody make fun of another player because of the type of air they use? You don't deserve to play this sport.

If you ever have a job were you have to deal with people, you will realise how weird/stupid/nasty people can sometimes be. Plus people tend to be jerks online, because of its anonymousity. (I made up a word.)

the reason i wonderd is that its very hard to get compressed air around were i live as its an hours drive away to the nearest paintball field to get it refiled. and i can get c02 as i have a licenced tank

well if you HAVE to use co2 (anti -siphon only) then it will work, but you will get much better performance out of compressed.

you could get a scuba tank for fairly cheap if u look around...you can usually get somewhere around 30ish fills off of one.
