I currently own a Impulse with a Cricket board. I was wondering what kind of board is best to not chop paint. I was looking at the Equalizer Board when i last played which was two years ago. Have there been any other boards that are better that have been released since?

My main concern here is chopping paint, and my guess is the equalizer board is still the best board, but please let me here your suggestions!

Also would it be worth just getting a smart parts Ion instead of upgrading my Impulse? Or is the Impulse still better than the Ion?

WAS Board is great, and simple to install.

That's the only place that sells them.

It really prevents all chopping? And reads any type of paint?

Their eye logic is very advanced, especially compared to Smart Part's Vision system. It will detect any color/type/texture of paint, and they are sensitive enough to recognize ball bearings and marbles so you won't be able to shoot them with the eyes on.

i think WAS is the best out there....its a bit on the pricey side but its 100% worth it

My equalizer has probably only chopped like 3 balls in the past 7 months ive owned it. I really want a WAS though.
