Im in the process of planing an Ion perchase and Im looking at tanks right now. Im a student and Im not to fond of the idea of shelling out a lot of money to get an Hpa tank so the 47" steel tanks are looking very nice, i know they are heavy but since Im not a serious player the weight seems to out weigh the cost of other tanks. I was wondering if someone could let me know how many shots an Ion gets off a 3000psi tank. Ive heard that you can get some where around 1400 off of a 68/45k tank.

well an ion can get 1000-1400 shots out of a 4500 PSI tank so id say around 700-900 out of a 3000. this is prob not very acurate but it shouldnt be very hard to find on google

well it also depends on the size of the tank a 47/3000 probably will get u like 7 or 800 maybe but i know they run out a lot quicker than a 4500 tank or a bigger tank liek a 68 or w/e. i get over 1000 with my 72/4500.

what about a used 68/3000 fiber wrapped? Those can go for $140 and below very easily.

Yah Im going to look for a used 68/3000. I dont find the weight of a steel tank to much of a bother as I am used to playing with a M98 or a Spyder plus the steel tank. Thanks for all of the input guys.
