This kid I know hooked CO2 up to my ion. Does anybody know what the effect could be on my gun? Thanks for any help.

if u have to, no other way, use c02, atleast use a remote..

oh is it anti siphoned??? if not the liquid co2 will get into the internals of the ion and mess them up

make sure it has an anti-syphon tube.....if he only did it once then it won't really hurt anything but don't do it anymore

Sorry but you guys dont get it. I let him borrow the gun and he hooked his CO2 tank up to it (no anti siphon tube either). I have an air tank im just saying what could him hooking the CO2 up to my gun have damaged?

probably nothing. have you hooked up your air and tested it yet? more than likely he did zero damage from just one use. if anything could have happened in that short time, you may have bad hose or o ring, but i seriously doubt it.
