Ion Please tell me what to do!
Hey pbf
I got my ion and realized the asa is way to rediculously sticking out the back and was wondering if you guys had any ideas on how to shorten it up
ALSO...is it just me or does the iron trigger feel really sloppy, side to side wise...can anyone give me a trigger that fixes that problem
Thanks,
Fuzz
Also, dye sticky grips 03's work right?

since the asa is sticking out, buy a drop forward or a different asa. and as for the trigger, cp triggers are nice

be careful with the new designz triggers...the screw that triggers the switch can break your board if the trigger pull is too short

CP trigger are a lot nicer than NDZ triggers IMO. The Strange triggers are also nice, and I have heard some good things about the ANS triggers.
Just get a unimount...or a CP rail/asa combo.

get one of those System X drops cuase they already have the on/off attached to the drop forward making it cheaper then getting a drop + asa on/off.

macroline works like a quick release fitting (exactly the same as how the hoses atach to the banjo fitting). all you would need to do is pulll one end out and cut it to the proper lenght and push it back in.
might i suggest the CP on/off asa rail combo?
i really like mine and my Cp trigger.

Triggers are ALL personal preferance, any aftermarket trigger will give you less side to side slop, I have a NDZ, and it works great, I have also used a CP, and a Scythe, they also work great to, but as I said, it's 100%personal preferance. As fare as a drop/ASA combo, go for a smart parts mini-drop, and a CP ASA. Or, go to a pro shop, and try different ones out, and see which one feels more comfortable to you.

i was just looking back at your first post....sticky 3's will work (i got those too). but, pretty much any 45 style grips will work, unless they are gun specific.
what color is your ion anyways?

Yes the ans triggers are pretty nice. It depends on how you adjusted them. I put red locktite on my travel screw because they become loose after time.
