Hey, just pickd up a 2k2 imp and i noticed it had an Ion reg on it. Considering i got this gun very cheap i am not complaining, but is the reg any good? i have an extra WGP Ergo reg liein around, would i be better off using that? Thanks,

i think there baslcly the same, just upgrade to a cp or a shocker max flow.

Ion regs aren't TOOOOO bad...but they still aren't very good. Both regs have about the same performance. Either buy a CP or AKA 2 liter. The shocker max flo costs more than the CP or AKA...and isn't as good.

actually, the wgp ergo reg is one of the better regs for flow.

Get an AKA Reg if you want a fast recharge, or get a CP Reg if you want versatility and a good recharge.
