So anyways, I used to play paintball alot probably around 2 years ago, i used to be pretty good, well better than my friends.

Anyways, i sold all of my stuff and am looking to get back into playing again.
I have a passion for speedball and love the feel of it. I am low on cash and was wondering if the ION is the ideal gun for me. From what i've heard, its cheap fast, and light??

Basically, im asking if the ION is a good gun, for speedball, or is it a $200 piece of S*** that will break after 5 trips?

ion is a good gun. especially for $200. just remember to get HPA and an electro hopper

It is a good gun if you take care of it. I shot mine for over a year and never had one problem. I just kept regreacing the bolt and rebuilt the reg a few times. Maintaining it and taking it apart and whatnot was pretty easy but really delicate and easy to screw something up. I sold it locally and he broke the noid and screwed up teh board so the bolt stays forward and leaks already and he got it like 4 months ago.

It was a nice little gun and was worth every penny. I say go for it.
