What is the best hopper for ion. I heared the Evolution 2 is but I want to know your guys opinions as well.

well, a halo with victory board is a safe bet for pretty much any gun, but yea if youre on a budget i would say used halo or an evvy II would suffice but i recommend getting a z-board for it

Or you could just get one of the new Evvy III's

eggs are kinda fragile, but if you get the new ones with the nice thick shells, they're not bad and with a z-board it will feed 23 bps so speedwise it should be fine

honestly - i would suggest going ahead and getting a empire reloader b or halo w/rip drive - i know they're a little more expensive right away, but they'll last you f-o-r-e-v-e-r and then you can upgrade them when you upgrade your ion.

if you buy one used (which shouldn't be too much of a problem) they should not cost more than i'd say $70... and when you've got that new board in your ion it might be time to but a victory in your hopper...

eh' either way you go - most of the suggestions are great... but no matter what way you're going to go, if you want a good hopper than you're going to need to spend a little $$...

and eggs are really good, in fact compared to some lower hoppers, i'd kill for an egg... but if you're not looking into havin' 3 different hoppers, just try and skip that process and get a nicer hopper... blah i'm rambelin' now, gl buddy, have fun!

no get the halo tsa it is like 50 and it keeps up with mine. (stock board) if u have a virtue get a halo b

ya but we're guessing the guy wants to take an upgrade path with his gun, so he wants something that keeps up now, and will be able to keep up down the road as his gun gets upgraded.

Definately go with a used reloaderB, HaloB, or Vlocity.

I've seen them for 55-90 used, depending on upgrades.

Halo B all the way. Egg isnt a true force feed, the halo is. If you get a Halo B w/ rip drive you will never have to upgrade your hopper again.

That is true.....Empire B's are a tad faster, but a bit more expensive.

Also, with upgrades, Halo's are faster.

I like Halo's better, dunno why, just like them.

I can tell u why i like halos better, they are safer. By that I mean that when you reach the end of the hopper, the halo will continue to attempt to feed until it sees something, so it will not leave balls rolling around in the hopper. With a reloader B, it only feeds when you fire, so when u reach the end of a hopper u may miss shots because it doesn't continue to feed so the balls roll around

either way, halo b or empire, you're set - but stock empire feeds slightly quicker...

and it'll boost faster when it hears your marker shooting faster where as a halo will continue to feed at the same rate until the hopper's empty...

but you can't hear when you need to put in paint for an empire, which is why i love my halo... lol.
