Are you using the right size allan wrench? You might have to play with it some.

if at any time you had taken it out all the way you might have put it in wrong and cross-threaded it... unscrew it all the way (you might have to take out the trigger to do this) and screw it in backwards until you hear a click, then proceed to screw it in correctly and see if it'll go...

if that doesn't work i would suggest putting it under some hot water - that seems to clean everything out and expand the metal... just be sure to wait before you start to screw things back into it or put it back into the marker (at least several hours) and then try to screw it more or put the screws back in...

hey, i hope you get through this - that could really suck, sometimes ions and thier parts can be very tempermental and after a while it'll just start working again...

lol, i would suggest changing the battery as a joke - but i'm not sure how long you've had your ion lol... (you'd get it if you've had any trouble with it ever before lol...)

gl buddy have fun!

it could just be stuck, when mine came (before i got my trigger) it took the jaws of life to the thing to turn, but it kinda made a snap sound and it has been pretty easy to move ever since, i think mine just siezed up, could that be the case here?

lol no... if u have the right size allen wrench and u can't move it with your hands... something is probably wrong and u might want to have a chat with Smart Parts to see what is up.

i think he's asking to get the trigger pin out, yea - i just hit an allen key i wont need with a hammer, but be careful - there's a good chance you'll scratch your marker pretty bad if you let it slip... so hit it straight down.

anywho - about the screw on the trigger, just randomly - make sure you're trying to screw it out the correct direction and it's going to be really hard the first time/ so use the short end of the allen key in the trigger and the long end for leverage... when it loosens you'll hear a pop as we've already gone over...

gl buddy...

lol i told him that, like mine, sometimes they seize up and it takes a little extra muscle to get it to turn and he asked if he should put the allen key in and like hit it with a hammer, and i told him if he couldn't move it with his hands then something might be wrong.

yea... right though, hammer.... BAD IDEA, a BFH (big freaking hammer) may solve most problems with American made products but paintball guns are not a part of those groups lol
