so, you are getting about 2 hoppers worth of paint thru the gun before you are empty enough to have to fill it......
1. your dwell is way to low, it should never be set to 1. in a best case scenario, it would be around 12-16 with QEV, 45-55 without QEV. do yourself a big favor and read and follow the instruction in this thread
http://www.paintballforum.com/forum/...42#post1356142.
2. you also probably have a leak somewhere. with your ion 1/2 disasembled (i.e
take out battery so you do not fry your board. detach your grip frame, but leave all hoses still intact, air it up and check for leaks at any hose connection by puting a drop or two of soapy water on it. it will bubble up if there is a leak. if you take your time and are careful, you should not get any water on your baord (perhaps use an eyedropper or q-tip), but it will not hurt you board to get a drop of water on it so long as you have no power and you dry it fairly quickly and wait till it dries completely (overnight) before reconnecting the battery. dont forget to check you macroline and fittings. in short, check every air connection.
3. make sure the rest of your gun is lubed properly and that none of the o rings are damaged, including the tank o ring. also, if you happen to have an NDZ on/off...get a new one, ive never seen one that doesnt leak.
4. please stop double and triple posting, it is annoying and i will start deleting them.
5. while it isnt a crime to write in incomplete sentences, it is very helpful to those that would help, sine they would be able to understand you better without having to re-read what you wrote several times. it does not take that much time to write legibly.
6. (for the would be helpers). no need to rag on the guy. you all seem to be getting better at being polite...lets keep it that way.
try these things, and you should get much better performance out of your marker and this forum.
in the shadows,
