ion leak wierd?

ok this started when i shredded an o-ring playing and started leaking from the bolt so i replaced the o-ring and still leaking. i thought this was a little wired so my next thought is that one of the hoses was damaged nope not the case. i unscrewed the 3 allan screws that go into the body and aired it... no leak so i started putting them back in and then heard the leaking. so when i tighten the allan screws the gun leaks im not even putting them in that tight (not even tight enough for hand tightening) and they start to leak. so what im asking is... is this unusual and is thier any way to fix this.

You probably used the wrong size o-ring. Try changing the size of the o-ring.
