So ummm.... I am a little frustrated right now. I went to turn on my ion today and it wouldn't turn on. So naturally I changed the battery. When a new battery didnt work I began to worry. I got looking at the board and saw that my On/off switch and acually started to fall off and just a slight touch made in fall into my lap. I must have sat there for like 5 minutes staring in awww. I was so pissed. Does anyone know if this part is something that is soderd and can be re soderd? Has this happen to anyone Else? What do you think the best course of action is? I wouldnt be able to get a virtue or black heart. But I could get a Scenerio dreams t-board. Does anyone know about those? Thanks alot

Sorry but i couldn't answer your question. But just out of curiosity, does the Virtue Easy On make it any easier to turn it on and off (when it was working for you)?

Well i reacently got mine. MY friend has had his for awhile and its tons better than than orignal. EVen on the stock board. But his didnt stick all the way down but mine did so im curious to maybe the button had acaully put to much pressure on me switch and acaully broke it beacuse if you look at it it is a tiny TINY metal box. But it is just a thought it also could have been from me cleaning my gun idk. The button works best with the virtue board after all thats what its made for. I just needed to spend a few extra bucks.

Same exact thing happened to me, theres really nothing you can do about it, besides send it to SP if you still have your warranty and they'll give you a new board. You're better off just investing in a new board though.

The best thing to do is either take it in to your local shop or send it into smart parts. And if the gun is fairly new they should fix it little to no cost.

I am going to a career center for computer aided drafting. and tehre is and electronics class there so i might have the insturcter look at it because they would fix it for free. and also my local shop told me he had a used stick board he could sell me.

Got it fixed by the electronics teacher. Seem to be holding up preatty good.

for future reference you can go to a paintball store and they will fix it and charge 20-30$ for labor plus the cost of the thing you broke

yea just refering to those who have extended the year warrenty (Like me)
it sucked when i had to get it fixed.
i plan on getting the epiphany to have a better gun than all of those with ions at the park. lol

Yeah ditto. I have the money. the problem is talkng my rents into it. They just dont understand. they think its crazy that i can drop up too $250 bucks a month. Thats only the money i tell them about...lol. but im going with a shocker. take it one step past the epiphany.

yeah but remember thant 30 mins on pbn will always turn up a stock board for any gun, usually for 10-20 bucks, maybe some shipping
