epiphany leaking through qev, HELP!!!
well I got the QEV in today, so I figured I'd install it. I get it up there(after fighting it into the hose). I go to air up my gun and it is leaking outta the qev. any suggestions why? the hose looks to be too long, is it ok to cut that hose or will I not be able to reattach the QEV afterwards? If it makes any difference it is the one with the back o-ring thingy, is that the right one for my epiphany? The ebay retailer said it was, but you never know.

No, the red o-ring is what you want. The one with the black o-ring is older, and not made for the epiphany's operating pressure.
Make sure all your connections are secure and flush while you're at it.

I got everything ot stop leaking but the QEV, hoses were in perfect place for everything to work, yet the QEV was leaking. I am gonna sell it and get an epiphany one. damn this pisses me off.

damn, I knew you had one of those off the line of the ion. now I just need to find a buyer. and I went through all the trouble of getting that damn qev up into that hose(imo that is a pain in the ****ing nuts).
