With a 7.4 gram L7 bolt, There litterally is no felt recoil at all, and my dwell is set at 0 and my bolt still cycles consistantly. Simply put, the L7 is an excellent aftermarket bolt choice for any gun that is compatable with it. I believe there's one for the ION, DM/PM series, PMR, and Mini, and maybe a few more.
