just started getting back into paintballing and bought a new ion and wanna mod it crazy style, if anyone can help me out on what i need to do? and another question is should i get a 14" or 16" barrel? my position is back/mid player. Thanks for your help

first get a 16, if you are in the mid/back that would be a good length for your needs. here is a list of all the things in my gun, by the way my gun shoots 31.3 balls a second. And here is what it looks like
