ok is the shocker like the imp wel what i mean is does the nonvision cap lower than the vision?

the newer imps i believe are at 20 bps w/ vision on and at 20 bps w/ vision off, but the older ones are capped at 20 bps w/ vision and 13 w/out vision

nope shockers come vision and nonvision

and normal person u got the bps backwards the new ones r 20 and 13 and the old one are both 20 on the impulses but i was wondering about the shocker
