I don't know much about pythons, but I'll tell you about my Nasty.
Evil Pipe barrel
Smart Parts Progressive barrel
tapeworm
delrin bolt
magnetic blade trigger
vertical max-flo
cool milling
That's what it comes with stock. There might be a new hammer but I'm not sure. You'll like a Nasty tho. Just find out more about the Python, an see what you like better.

The Nasty is a very good Imp, for a low cost. Has pretty good parts on it stock. Check out the link for specs/pics.

The Python is one of the best private label Imps out. Tons of performance parts on it stock. Including the CVS which totally owns.
I'd totally recommend the Python. They are having a sale on them too, very low cost fo this.

Why are lot of people here against drops? I personally love them. I like playing it tight as possible, and a drop helps me.

Get the Python by far they have sweet milling and a ton of good stock ups on them and of course CVS is a huge reason to get one

it doesnt matter what tank you use as long as you have a regulator besides the one on your tank. Thats what regulators do... Regulate air

Actually it does matter.
Regulators can't regulate the air pressure higher than it already is.
The HP preset is recommended for Impulses because the high airflow is more than enough for the Impulse to keep on functioning at it's best. LP presets are not recommended (but still can be used on some setups) because the low airflow coming in from the tank may not always be enough.
