What exactly are sbatch grips. I've seen em on sites, but I don't know what they are used for. Can someone clear this up?

They go behind your grip so you can carry it easier. Pretty much useless.

It is a little metal grip that screws in on top of the Trigger frome but under the body. Some people use it for look, but they are used to be able to hold your gun while waitng to play or loading you hopper.

That's gay. Just use the normal grips.

no dude, its not like a normal grip. its hard to explain online, but when carrying your gun around a certain way, the snatch helps you have a better grip on it and hold it easier. it also looks cool

^ The grip at the back end of the Frame. This one, however, is built into the frame. You can get aftermarket ones like the HSW Kung-Fu Snatch Grip, or the CP Snatch Grip.

They are really convenient at times. I'd also say they are mostly for looks.

I don't think I'll ever need one, but at least I know what they are now.

BAsicly what a snatch grip is for is when ppl walk off ther field, sometimes they hold their gun so their fingers go right up under the back/bottom of the trigger frame, so what snatch grips do is make it #1 easier to grab onto and #2 longer so it is again easier to grab onto. This also makes the gun easier to carry cause ur not holding it by the grip's. I have a snatch grip built into my Dye back plate of my Trix, i'll get pix as soon as i find my damn digital camera.

snatch grips accuall have ALOT of functionality. pic up a snatch gripped gun and you will see. I buy snatch grips for my guns, cause i've gotten use to carring them like that, makes them lighter IMO

It dosen't make the gun any lighter, it just makes carrying it easier.

i know, i mis-typed that, wha ti ment by it makes it lightwer, if atleast on my gun, the weight is distributed easier, so i can hold it longer w/ out it getting to be (it's a trix, so it can get heavy)
