Could someone please list the differences between these two Markers so I would know exactly what I'm paying extra for? Thanx.

They are exactly the same excpet the Shocker w/ Vision has a Different Board in it that lets it use Eyes. BAsicly what the eyes do is not let the marker fire when there is a half-fed paintball or no paintball at all. And you can turn the eyes off if you want to dry fire. If i was you, i would go ahead and get the Vision Shocker

And the non-vision is capped at 13.7bps while the vision is capped at 20 bps.

I could have sworn the shocker boards have a 20 BPS cap w/ non-vision unlike impy boards. B/c all the new Imp boards are 20 BPS w/ or w/out Vision, Also....If you look into a NASTY shocker, they accually have a faster board programming (lowered Debounce and a Higher cap. It's capped at like 30 BPS or something)
