Having some trouble with the VA

When I got my gun the VA was on there really tight, but over about 2 weeks it is loose. It turns about 15* and moves out and in about 5* each way.

Is there a way to screw it tighter, or do I need to glue it to the body or what? Help me out.

When you screw off the Max-Flo, and look up at the VA, there should be an allen screw. There has to be.
