difference between 02 and 03
does anybody out there no the diff between an 02 and an 03 impulse?

nothing at all pretty much, the early 02' impulses have IMPULSE in white, bold letters on the right side of the gun. That, and the 02' impulses didn't come w/ the criket board.
but they are pretty much the same performance wise except for the boards some of the early 02's had

And the newer ones (the 03's I guess) come with Smart Parts Impulse Logo (pink) Smart Grips.
Also, Imps aren't categorized by year, but by serial number, and every so often SP may change the design a little. It could be yearly, lol, but I'm not sure.

thx guys thats all i needed 2 no, cuz my paintball dude is getting a guy 2 mill my boomstick 4 me, i got it off ebay and it stops screwin in about a quarter of the way down, it also came with an older progressive barrel which almost fits but stops about a half turn from the bottom, if u have any ideas on that let me no

^You mean the way the word "Progressive" or "Smart Parts" is upside down? They will either be straight up upside down, nowhere in between. Unscrew it and try again until it is right. That's probably not what you're talkin about, but w/e.

no wat im talkin about is that my ebay barrels wont fit all the way down onto the gun therefore i cant use them, but thx anyway
