Is this efficient?

Hi, new to this forum. I was wondering if my set up is considered efficient. Details follows:

2004 Impulse Vision
stock Cricket Board
New Designz Equalizer Delrin Flush bolt
stock pull pin
stock hammer and hammerhead
New Designz RIP Valve
Vertical Max-Flow
New Designz LPR/ANS kit
68/4500 Nitro Crossfire tank

Dwell at 12 beeps from zero,
Input presssure ~160psi
(don't know solenoid pressure, micro gauge on order)
shooting at 276-285 fps over chronograph

At the local field, I shot 1000 rounds at a 3000psi fill (field limit). So I expect about 1500 rounds from a full 4500 psi fill.
Is this considered efficient? Can I expect any additional shots if I fine tune my LPR or adjust my dwell?

Thanks for any help,

BOBBY

Thats about all my old impulse got, they sure are gas hogs, but the stats that you got weren't that bad at all.

Maybe a new bolt like the ND Equalizer would help a bit to.

So to answer your question, yes, you are pretty eficient.

you are getting decent efficency. the thing if you should run your input pressure around 140 PSI w/ the Ndz rip valve, but If i was you, i'd stick that stock valve back in, put the input pressure to 200 PSI and adjust your LPR, that way you will be able to lower your dwell = better gas efficency.

Thanks Christian, and Bunkertime,

Just curious, wouldn't increasing my imput pressure to 200 psi negate any gas effecincy even though I reduce the dwell?

Thanks,

BOBBY
