i screw in my tank. and then i turn my on/off switch on. and a couple seconds later i have not a big leak but not a small leak from my barrel.

this has happened before when i was dry firing but i have a tapeworm. so i took apart my gun and cleaned the vavle cuz thats wut the manual said. and now its happening again. could it b my vavle again?

check the valve, it could be it. Otherwise, try turning up ur dwell a little bit. Also turn up the max flo a little

the o-ring on the valve stem might be cut.... try replacing it.

that would be the best bet. also when you say you took the valve out was it just the steam or the whole valve assemblly? if it was the whole thing then did you take it out the front or rear of the impy? if it was the front then chances are you cut an oring on the outside of the housing. unless you remove the screw that holds the reg or gas thru on it will cut the orings if you remove the housing from the front. check those as well.

last time i took it apart i didnt take out the whole vavle. this leak is really weird. i just gassed my gun up. and here was no leak. i turned down my reg just in case. i'll check my vavle tomorrow and check the o-ring.

IT just just pulled the center of the valve out, Chances are you nicked the o-ring, It most likley won't leak when you first gas it up, but if it's leaking after a first few shots, then it's most likely that o-ring. Check your Owners manual for the O-ring size and pic it up at Home depot, Or bring your valve stem to a PBall shop and ask them if they can replace this o-ring [pointing at Vlave stem o-ring] for you.

well the o-ring on the vavle looks good. and the leak is gone. so i just went with that. but if it comes back i'll replace the o-ring even if it isnt scratched.

also this is off topic but paintbug i looked at pics of ur imp on ur website. and where did u get those NDz fangs on ur impulse? those r nice.

the o-ring on my front cap has sort of a cut in it. do u think that could cause the leak?

Yes, if an o-ring is not perfect, 95% of the time it will leak.

thats kinda wierd. Prolly a oring and are you sure its coming out the barrel cause if it is then its prolly coming, oh nvm just is it or not.

yea i'm positive its coming out my my barrel. i went paintballing yesterday and it started leaking so i took it to the guy and he said i need to clean out my reg because it needs some lubing and its scratching against the reg? i took it apart and cleaned it out but i havent aired up my gun yet.

but culd that be a reason?

um is your reg set right? That can sumetimes make it leak.

yeah check the o-rings and make sure none of them are pinched too...sometimes just messin around w/ the pressure will fix it

yeah who was it that was tellign me theres leaked liek a motherfer and they like thought it was broken. All they had to do was set the reg rigth oh well
