It helps prevent bolt stick. Which allows you to dry fire your imp without worries.

Dryfire is when you shoot your gun without paintin it.
So all you are doing is shooting air.

without a ball in place, sometimes theres a lack of force to recock the bolt back fully.... a tapeworm will fix that problem and eliminate bolt stick
but you only need a tapeworm if youre having bolt stick in the first place... theres no need to buy one when you dont have a problem

in the front, under the barrel.... they both go there, but its different, the tapeworm just is like a little nub, while the lpr is a whole front reg and hose and junk
