buying a Impulse
OK so the title isn't very informative but i didn't know what to call this..
K, so i'm likeing the impulse and want to buy one. I want vision, but i don't want the max-flo reg. PERIOD. I don't want the vert max-flo or the umm bottomline one either. All i want is an impluse w/ vision and no max-flo. I'd rather buy a cp reg. or something a little lighter.
Is this possible?

Theres a link to what your looking for, if you want to buy it new.
But why don't you want the Max Flow, it's like the best reg.

if you want, you can find imps with the new-style vert max-flo which is just as light and small as the cp

i haven't seen these new maxflos, i'll have to look around. Why do i want to replace it? I've always heard they are heavy, yea they are good, but i'd like to shave as much weight as resionably possible.
And in the link fantasyfire posted, is that REALLY the new maxflo?? Its so tiny....like a gas though really.

thats because it is lol. max-flows aren't the most effecient anyways. best effeciency and recharge rate with a CP.

The SP vision system doesn't suck. It only uses Simpler programming them most vision systems improving the possibility of a mis-read
If i was you, I'd buy the Vision imp w/ vert. reg off www.X-paintball.com for $500 and then sell the Maxflow and buy a CP, That way u can make some dough.
Also, Changing regs will only Make the gun lighter by a TINY bit and it's somewhat stupid.... And the Maxflow (when clean) is one of the most consistant REgs on the market, Along w/ the CP, Mac Dev, & Sidewinder
also, the Maxflow will run of CO2 if u don't have a nitro tank

vision is great, people are just dumb... it works basically just as well as any break beam eye... both have their flaws
