OK so my friend put my tank on his gun and it was full of air and it leaked out of the brass thing sticking out of the verticle adapter. Is it a leak? Is it an o-ring (if so which one might it be)? or is it just to high of pressure?

thats the bleed off valve. it just from the maxflo being over pressurized. lower it to about 180 and you should be fine. if it contines to leak then the blow off valve is bad and will need to be replaced or repaired.
