Hello Everyone,

New member here. I'm trying to find a field/park that will in the Northern Virginia area, and am hoping you guys can recommend some places that fit my requests.
Airsoft or paintball. I've never played airsoft, but it doesn't matter. Either game is fine.

I want to find a place that will let me rent out the whole place for a private game (20-35 players).
I will also need a place that will have all the necessary equipment available for rent. Doesn't need to be pro stuff.
Preferably a place where rental is not so expensive.
And lastly, a place that can have spectators. i.e., guest can sit on some bench or something and watch everyone playing.
It can be for either paintball or airsoft. I have no preference.

By the way, I don't live there. That's why I'm asking for your help.
Any recommendations?
