hey i live in atlanta and me and my freinds were shooting our paintball guns in his back yard and his neibors started screaming at us and im just wondering if its against the law to shoot paintball guns in the city limits cause i dont want them to call the cops. thanks

fireing the gun out side a paintball field or private property that is 300 yards away from other property is illegal, u can have your markers confiscated for a few weeks/ months, or be charged with distubing the peace, public indagerment(i think thats how it is said), and some other stuff. but u can dry fire it on your own property

Call your local police department. Where I am, its legal to discharge paintball markers on your own property -- that means your back yard. Some places it is illegal to do this. The best bet is to call your local PD and ask what the laws in your area are.
