My spyder leaks air like a mother!
i pout on my tank for like 5 seconds and loze like 400 psi
any advice?

Classic cupseal problem:
Your valve might have been installed backwards, cupseal face damaged

Other potential problem:
Valve orings damaged

Yes, basically. Any type tank orings would do for the valve body, just remember which side of the valve body is the front and which one is the back. The cupseal has to be for a spyder specific and is way easy to replace. Here's a video to help you out YouTube - Stacked tube blowback (kingman spyder, spyder clones) teardown and rebuild.
