uhh o now the price is gonna go up ANOTHER $300 -400
EDIT : xbox 360 all the way, pshh i want my console to focus on platformers and stuff......i have a PC anyway

the ps3 shouldnt cost anymore than the xbox 360 premium the core is a rip off and nobody should buy it its just a part of microsofts marketing strategy

Sony talked a little about using ps3's almost like computers. They spoke of how say ppl who heavily use photoshop etc would benifit from the many floating points the ps3 can create.
I think if it had the option to support a OS i would find that neat. But if it includes a OS (say OSX) i don't want to pay more for that.
