Its your firewall or check the filters at the top, your probably filtering out all the servers.

i think i know what it is
when your looking for servers, make sure its on "internet" and not "local" or "lan" at the top menu

I have the same problem and couldn't figure out a fix for it.
I use gamespy to connect, though I hate it.
I paly on "^4{DGC} ^7Custom Server" (64.156.59.42:28960) as "RandomSkater" or "Shadow of the Muffin"...

Check your firewalls. I would almost garentee it if its not your filters.
