Looking for a free picture editing program that i can download from the web. It has to be able to crop pictures and stuff of that nature. Any ideas?

It's not "freeware." It's open source.

Freeware is software which is free but cannot be modified and the source code for it is not available. Open source software is better than freeware in many ways. Anyone is free to change it in any way they wish, it's still free, and it usually has community help as opposed to only help from the few people who designed it.

I also recommend the Gimp.
