So randomly today I grabbed my phone and it said "car kit". Weird. I googled it and found out that something might be wrong at the bottom where it connects. I cleaned out that area, it was pretty dirty from this weird blue stuff. After I do that I turn my phone back on and it says "Service required".

Does that mean I should bring it to a verizon store? All of my contacts, calls, everything is gone.

On another note, I have verizon too, and forgot my damn voicemail password. I guess ill have to call them and see what it is or get it reset...
