Just build one. It's not hard and you get more for your money.

I am sure a few of us here can build what you need. I can make a quote if I have an idea what your price tag is.

Build one man.
It would be 10x more fun and you can get exactly what you want.

Building is easy.
It's just acquiring the parts and making sure they're all combatible that can be slightly difficult.

Alienware is overpriced because you pay a ton for aesthetics. Find someone local that buys parts wholesale and assembles customized computers to put together a quote for you. It will be exactly what you need because you have a real person working with you to make sure you get what you want and you also know where to go for service if it breaks down. Just make sure the person is reputable, word of mouth is a good indicator.

Most important (and technical) things to watch:
1) Memory can sync with the motherboard, not all memory modules are the same! they may be 240 pin, but different voltages.
2) processor fits in socket...and is supported. some socket T's will not work with P4's, PD's, or other intel processors, but will support other models (ie a mobo that supports Pentium 4, Pentium D, but not Core 2 Duo processors, even though they are all socket T.) Also, make sure that your mobo supports the FSB of the processor, some will not even though they support the processor itself (which will force the processor to run slower).
3) IDE, EIDE, and SATA hard drives. again, they have to match, watch carefully.
4) Case. It needs to be nice, not just nice looking. Function over form.
5) Speaking of form, make sure that your case supports the motherboard you are using. the biggest culprit is a full ATX board into a mini ATX case. needless to say, it will not fit.
6) Power Supply Unit needs to be able to power every piece of hardware in your computer under max load. Even better, get a higher power one, so you have room for upgrades. Usually 450-700 watts will suffice, depending on system.
7) PCI Express. This does NOT mean PCI Express X16. Watch out for this trick, many times i have seen a mother board proudly displaying it's "PCI Xpress slot!" when it is only a 1X or 4X slot. If you are going to get a PCI Express slot, make sure it is X16. and as always, the more the merrier.
8) Like PCI Express, USB and SATA are not always the most current versions (2.0 and 3.0 gb/s, respectively). Check before you buy, or it will slow you down.
9)Most of all, use the Internet for help! if you have any questions, there are tons of people who are more than happy to help you with anything you need. The worst question is the question unasked.
Edit: oh, and for the actual building part, the only tool you will need is a screwdriver (or more than one, depending on screw size). yep, to build a comp, all you technically need is one screwdriver...although i recommend buying and using an electrostatic wrist strap, to make sure your computer doesn't get zapped.
